I am dedicated to accessible practices across: flavorful food, functional movement & mental health, and entomology (bugs & bees), especially for youth.
I learned from honey bees that introspection & working toward a collective goal enables stronger communities: the hive to thrive. I am curious about what practices fuel long-term happiness.
Through small, slow steps forward (and many steps backwards), I hope to offer unique approaches to connect with the Earth & ourselves.
